Shoreline Interiors will make every effort to ensure that each customer is 100% satisfied with every order. However, there will be times when an item purchased at Shoreline Interiors will need to be returned. For items that are kept in stock at Shoreline, a full value return will be given to each item returned in its original condition. Items should be accompanied by a receipt.
For all special order items, the original 50% deposit is non-refundable once the manufacture of the furniture or accessory has begun and /or has shipped from the manufacturer. All efforts will be made with any manufacturer to see if an item can be returned. In that case, any freight and re-stocking charge will be the responsibility of the customer.
Any damage to an item must be reported upon delivery to the customer. In the event that the merchandise you have ordered is discontinued by the manufacturer, you may reselect a different item or your deposit will be refunded in full. It is requested that delivery or pickup of any special order item by arranged by the customer within five days of it being received by Shoreline Interiors.
