Damaged & Defective Items

Shoreline Interiors will carefully package each order prior to shipping to ensure your purchase arrives undamaged. Should you receive an item damaged in shipping, please contact us for a damage claim within 48 hours following the receipt of your order. Please provide a telephone number and an email address where we may contact you. At the time you place your claim we will contact you with information on what to do with the damaged item and refund details.

Please be sure to retain the original shipping container and packaging material since they will be required for inspection by the shipping company.

To conform with the strict policies of our shipping company, only damage claims following these guidelines will be honored.
